Charles Flagg, a 33-year-old African American man, was fatally shot on October 18, 2015, outside the Ladies and Gentlemen Sports Bar in Springfield Township, Ohio. Flagg was shot in the abdomen and later died at UC Medical Center. Witnesses described the shooter as a black man about 6 feet 4 inches tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, who fled the scene in a dark-colored van.
