On March 15, 1994, Donald Kilby, a 39-year-old male, was shot and killed in Springfield, Ohio. The incident occurred around midnight at 1934 Superior Avenue. Kilby sustained a gunshot wound to the stomach, which ultimately led to his death at the scene. Along with Kilby, 18-year-old William Bailey of Dayton was also shot but managed to survive his injuries.
