On June 8, 2023, at approximately 12:46 a.m., Springfield police responded to reports of a shooting at B’s Corner Private Club and Lounge, located at 1128 N. Burnett Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered two men with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot. One of the victims, 32-year-old Kyle M. Harris, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other individual sustained critical injuries and was airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment.
