Jimmy Jackson, a 40-year-old man from Torrance, California, tragically lost his life on August 26, 2020. According to reports, Jackson was shot and killed in the early hours of the morning in the 1500 block of Plaza del Amo in the Harbor Gateway area. The incident occurred shortly before 12:30 a.m. when Jackson and a group of males were in a carport, and a dispute broke out, leading to gunfire. Jackson was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:36 a.m. by the Los Angeles County coroner's office.
