Phuoc Huu Nguyen, aged 35, tragically lost his life on September 14, 2013, in Falls Church, Virginia. The incident occurred late at night when Falls Church Police responded to reports of a fight involving several individuals and shots fired in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. Upon arrival, they discovered Phuoc Huu Nguyen's body.
