Sergio Moises Wilms, a 19-year-old from Gardena, California, was tragically shot and killed on January 18, 2014, outside a condominium complex in Torrance. According to authorities, the incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Wilms allegedly attacked a teenage boy who was packing a car for a Boy Scout camping trip.
