Aaron Joshua Holt, a 28-year-old man from Torrance, California, tragically lost his life on January 20, 2017. Holt was a front-seat passenger in a car traveling north on the 110 Freeway between the Sepulveda Boulevard and 223rd Street exits in West Carson when the incident occurred.
