Darrell Don Woo, a 55-year-old Asian man, was tragically shot and killed on April 20, 2017, in Torrance, California. The incident occurred at approximately 6:40 p.m. while Woo was waiting at a bus stop on the 1500 block of West Carson Street. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Woo was shot and collapsed on the sidewalk. Another individual, a Latino man, was also wounded in the shooting but survived.
