Rodney Dylan Council, a 33-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on June 23, 2004, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Born on July 28, 1970, in Charlotte, Rodney was a dedicated worker, a loving father, and a cherished member of his community. He graduated from Myers Park High School in 1989 and attended UNC-Charlotte. Rodney was known for his positive demeanor and was deeply loved by his family and friends.
