Elante Nasir Thompson, a 23-year-old Black man, tragically lost his life on January 29, 2022, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 11:40 PM when several suspects shot into a home on Woodside Avenue and another on Leigh Avenue. None of the victims were residents of the homes that were targeted.
