Scott Howard, a 33-year-old Black man, was tragically shot and killed on December 29, 2022, around 3 a.m. on Jeff Adams Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. Officers responded to an attempt to locate 911 call and found Scott suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries but was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
