Martin Yesid Isaza-Duran, a 39-year-old man, was fatally shot in southeast Charlotte, North Carolina, on March 25, 2022. The incident occurred early in the morning around 3:50 a.m. when Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department officers responded to a call reporting an assault with a deadly weapon on Cross Point Circle, off East Independence Boulevard.
