Li Y, a 23-year-old male of Vietnamese descent, tragically passed away on April 23, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Born on March 24, 1997, in Vietnam, Li Y was the son of Nhang and Nam Y. His death was a result of a fatal shooting that occurred outside an apartment complex in northeast Charlotte.
