Antonio Kirkpatrick, a 34-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 7, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in a strip mall parking lot on West Boulevard near Remount Road around 5 p.m. during rush hour. Witnesses reported hearing at least five shots, one of which struck Kirkpatrick in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
