Damian Oliver, a 42-year-old African American man, was tragically shot and killed on October 17, 2021, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred shortly before 12:30 a.m. on Aulton Link Court in North Charlotte. Emergency medical technicians arrived at the scene and administered life-saving aid, but unfortunately, Damian was pronounced dead at the scene.
