Jose Isaias Cuestas, a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot on November 28, 2014, at a car wash in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 4300 block of Sunset Road. Witnesses reported that Cuestas was standing outside his car when three shots were fired.
