Jose Isaias Cuestas, a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot on November 28, 2014, at a car wash in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 4300 block of Sunset Road. Witnesses reported that Cuestas was standing outside his car when three shots were fired. He was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and succumbed to his wounds the following day.
