On December 14, 2023, at approximately 11:30 p.m., a fatal shooting occurred in the 2300 block of Apex Landing Way in Charlotte, North Carolina. Officers from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) responded to reports of an assault with a deadly weapon and discovered two male victims with gunshot wounds.
