William Willis Gotherman II, a 59-year-old male, was found fatally shot on August 29, 2022, at an apartment complex in southwest Charlotte, NC. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to the scene around 2:15 p.m. after receiving a call for service. Upon arrival, they found Gotherman suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
