Do you know who killed 35 year old William Richard \Jim\ Winters Jr in 1983?
On the night of December 30, 1983, William Richard "Jim" Winters Jr., aged 35, was found dead at his residence located at 3940 Guthrie Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. His home was being used as an illegal gambling house at the time. Winters died as a result of blunt force trauma to the head. The crime took place around 11 p.m., and it remains an unsolved case despite efforts by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department to find those responsible.
