Cartrail Stanley, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 5, 2014, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred late at night on Julia Avenue, where Stanley was shot and killed. Alongside him, a 25-year-old woman named Venita Graham was also shot but survived the attack. The suspect, Johnnie Young, was arrested and charged with murder and attempted murder.
