Randall Stewart Feazell, a 28-year-old male, was tragically killed on July 4, 1979, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Feazell was one of five victims found shot to death inside an Outlaw Motorcycle Clubhouse on Allen Road South. The other victims included William Allen , William Droneburg , Bridgette Benfield , and Leonard Henderson . This incident is known as the worst mass murder in Charlotte's history.
