On October 15, 2023, at approximately 1:30 p.m., 54-year-old Cornelius O.J. Bolden was fatally shot at the Hillrock Estates apartment complex on Magnolia Hill Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
