William Walter Allen III, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 20, 2015, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was born on July 19, 1990, in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and was affectionately known as "Will" by his family and friends. Will was a graduate of David W.
