Tony Van Tran, a 26-year-old male from Charlotte, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 24, 2014. The incident occurred on Northgate Trail Drive in Northeast Charlotte, where Tony Van Tran was fatally shot. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to the scene and found shell casings but no victim. Shortly after, Tony Van Tran was identified as the gunshot victim who had arrived at Carolinas Medical Center University, where he succumbed to his injuries.
