Tommy Jarad Maddox, a 24-year-old male, was tragically shot to death on July 2, 2017, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in front of an apartment complex on Kimmerly Woods Drive. According to reports, Maddox was involved in an argument with a woman when a group approached them and shot him in the head.
