Julian Ray Williams, a 35-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 26, 2017, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was found dead at the Presley Apartment complex in the 900 block of E. Stonewall Street in uptown Charlotte. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department launched an investigation into his death, which was later classified as a homicide.
