In a quiet Charlotte neighborhood, the evening of Sunday, May 17, 2026, was shattered by violence that claimed the life of 50-year-old Odell Davis. The incident unfolded around 6:30 p.m. in the 8100 block of Paw Club Drive in the northwest part of the city. Davis was outside cleaning his car when he was struck by multiple gunshots.
