Rogerick Llevon Currie, 35, a Black male from Charlotte, North Carolina, died after being shot in the early morning hours of September 7, 2025. Shortly after 1:15 a.m., Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officers responded to the 4000 block of Queen City Drive in west Charlotte, where they found Rogerick Llevon Currie, 35, wounded by gunfire; MEDIC transported him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
