Devontae Springs, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on December 7, 2021, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Swank Place, near North Lake Mall. Devontae was inside a vehicle when another vehicle drove by and fired multiple shots at him.
