Nicholas Boger, a 36-year-old man from Charlotte, NC, was tragically shot and killed on May 12, 2018. He was found dead beneath a car on Elm Forest Drive in East Charlotte. The incident occurred when two suspects attempted to steal Boger's SUV, which they had previously broken into to steal a spare key. When Boger tried to stop them, the suspects shot him and left him to die.
