Eric Deese II, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2021, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Eric was a freshman at Saint Augustine’s University, known for his devotion, authenticity, and intelligence. He was fatally shot near the corner of Farmington Ridge Parkway and Caldwell Road in University City, Charlotte. The shooting occurred close to midnight, and Eric was pronounced dead at the scene.
