Jermaine Stuckey, a 44-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 22, 2018, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred near the Blue Olive Lounge in the Ballantyne area. On that fateful night, officers from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to a call around 2:10 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Jermaine Stuckey suffering from a gunshot wound in the parking lot.
