Leonard Lee Bowie Jr., a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 23, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on Parkaire Lane, where Leonard was found with multiple gunshot wounds. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department launched an investigation into the homicide, which led to the arrest of Taravares Greer, a 40-year-old male, who was charged with the murder of Leonard Lee Bowie Jr.
