Juan Velazquez Hernandez, a 37-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on February 5, 2020, at La Poblanita Bar and Grill located at 1925 Westinghouse Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. when a 911 call reported an active robbery at the restaurant.
