On the night of February 1, 2023, at approximately 11:40 p.m., 37-year-old Michael White was fatally shot at an apartment complex on Pineburr Road in east Charlotte, North Carolina. Upon arrival, paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene. Michael was a father, leaving behind children and family.

Following an investigation, on February 24, 2023, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police arrested two teenagers in connection with Michael White's murder. Makayla Evans-Goodman, 18, and Marod Cloud ...
