Woodrow Dempson, a 17-year-old male from Charlotte, NC, tragically lost his life on May 8, 2006. The circumstances surrounding his death were both shocking and tragic. On the night of April 24, 2006, Woodrow Dempson allegedly robbed a pizza delivery driver named Robert Delane Camp. The following day, in what appeared to be an act of retaliation, Camp, who was 21 years old at the time, confronted Dempson and fatally shot him. This incident led to Camp being charged with murder.
