Joshua Omar Forbes, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 23, 2016, in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Born on June 3, 1991, in Wayne County, Joshua was the son of Glenn Darden and Irene Forbes. He was a father to two children and resided at 101 Pine Court in Goldsboro. On the day of his death, Joshua was involved in a confrontation at a residence on Bryan Boulevard in the Mar Mac community.
