On May 25, 2024, at approximately 6:15 p.m., officers from the Goldsboro Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting at 303 East Elm Street in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Upon arrival, they found 56-year-old Tyrone Lee Hicklin suffering from a single gunshot wound to the abdomen.
