Posie Lester Flinchum, a 33-year-old Caucasian male, was a Federal Prohibition Agent who tragically lost his life on June 17, 1930, in Goldsboro, North Carolina. He was born in 1896 and had been serving as a Prohibition Agent since October 20, 1924. Before joining the Prohibition Unit, he was a deputy sheriff in Stokes County, North Carolina.
