Jamahri Damonte' Lucas, a 14-year-old African American boy, tragically lost his life on March 21, 2019, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Jamahri was found shot in the parking lot of Milburnie Road Apartments. He was transported to WakeMed, where he was pronounced dead. His family described him as a good kid who had unfortunately fallen in with the wrong crowd.
