Charlie Cook Debnam, a 31-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on July 31, 2021, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Debnam was a dedicated volunteer and drum major for the Helping Hand Mission, a community organization aimed at supporting at-risk youth.
