Taurean Whitfield Sutton, a 30-year-old African American man from Raleigh, NC, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2017. The incident occurred late Friday night in the 6100 block of St. Giles Street, off Glenwood Avenue near Pleasant Valley Road. Sutton was shot and later died at WakeMed hospital.
