Edward Cooper Outlaw, a 37-year-old man, was fatally shot on August 26, 2021, at the Perry Point Apartments in northeast Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred early in the morning, and police were called to the scene at around 7:15 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found Outlaw suffering from a gunshot wound.
