Jakem Ramiq Reed, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 10, 2022, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred late at night near the Carolina Ale House on Falls of Neuse Road. According to reports, Raleigh Police responded to a shooting call around 11:30 p.m. and found Reed suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being transported to a local hospital, Reed succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
