Aaron Troy Jacobs, a 24-year-old male from Lillington, NC, was tragically shot and killed on September 21, 2016, in Raleigh, NC. The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. on Capital Boulevard. Jacobs was found in a car and was transported to WakeMed, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
