Tyquez Elfthaniel Mann, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 25, 2017, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 2000 block of Bowman Lane, where Raleigh police discovered two men with gunshot wounds around 3:15 p.m. Both men were transported to WakeMed, along with another man who had been driven to the hospital in a private vehicle.
