Hurebaves Ransom Williams, a 33-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on July 5, 2022, at a gas station on New Bern Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early afternoon, just before 1:30 p.m., when Williams was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 3700 block of New Bern Avenue.
