Arlo Dontel Ramsey, a 44-year-old African American male from Durham, North Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on August 18, 2019. The incident occurred on Interstate 440 West between New Bern Avenue and Brentwood Road in Raleigh, North Carolina. Ramsey was found suffering from a gunshot wound near Hillsborough Street and Glenwood Avenue around 4 a.m. He was transported to WakeMed, where he was pronounced dead.
