Nwabu Cyril Efobi, a 56-year-old African American male, was tragically found dead on November 8, 2016, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Efobi, who worked as a cab driver for Universal Cab Company, was discovered with gunshot wounds in the 400 block of Hill Street, across from St. Augustine’s University. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
