On July 1, 2023, at approximately 9:20 p.m., Raleigh Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 5400 block of Picket Fence Lane, a residential area off Buck Jones Road in Raleigh, North Carolina. Upon arrival, officers observed several townhomes damaged by bullets; however, no injuries were reported, and no victims were located at that time.
